Sending changes as forty separate emails is what turns a two-day build into a two-week one, which is why the round is defined this way rather than left open. Hosting is not in the one-off price. Two options: we deploy to a modern hosting provider on your own account, where a site this size is typically free or under $20 a month paid directly to them and you keep full control — or you take the $39 monthly care plan and we handle hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and one content update each month. A domain is separate again and usually $10 to $20 a year from a registrar. Nothing is marked up.

Yes. If you already own a domain, you will receive the exact DNS records to add, or you can grant temporary access and it will be configured for you. If you do not own one yet, you will get guidance on registering the right name.

Simple e-commerce is available as an add-on rather than as part of the standard package. Small catalogues and single-product checkouts are a good fit for the fast workflow; large or highly customised stores are scoped and quoted separately.

You get fourteen days of launch support, which covers anything not working correctly on a real device at no charge. After that you can come back for one-off updates, take the $39 monthly care plan, or leave it alone — the site keeps working either way.

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the website, its content and its design are yours. Nothing is held hostage on a proprietary platform and there is no long-term contract required to keep your site online.

Then you do not pay. Once your content is complete we confirm your delivery date in writing, so the deadline is never a surprise and never depends on something we are still waiting for. If we miss that date, the build is free.

Your site is built as a fast, standards-based website rather than on a page-builder platform, which is why it loads quickly and why you can host it anywhere. For text and image changes you have three options: send them to us as a one-off, take the care plan and send one change a month, or ask us at the start to wire in a simple editor so you can change your own opening hours and prices. Say so on the order form and we will include it.

Neither one blocks the build. With no logo we set your business name in type, cleanly, and can refresh a proper logo later for $149. With no usable photos we source appropriate stock imagery for $79 and licence it for your use. Phone photos are usually better than stock, so send those first if you have them.

You send rough notes in your own words and we tidy the wording — spelling, structure and flow — at no extra cost. You do not need to write well. If you would rather not write at all, we write the copy from a short conversation for $99 per page, and that is already included for three pages on the Growth tier.

Always. You get a private preview link to review on your own phone and computer, and nothing goes to your domain until you say so. Your revision rounds happen on that preview.

Nothing to enquire, nothing for a quote, and nothing to see your first look. We design a first concept and send it to you before any money changes hands — if you do not like it, you walk away and owe nothing. If you do like it, it is 50% to finish the build and 50% when you approve the completed site, by card or bank transfer, with a proper invoice for your records. Your site goes live on your domain after the final payment, and you can request a full refund at any point before it does.

Being honest about this one: basic on-page SEO means your pages have correct titles and descriptions, sensible headings, fast loading, a sitemap and are submitted for indexing — the technical groundwork that lets you be found. It is not a ranking guarantee, because nobody can honestly sell you one. Competitive search rankings take ongoing work and we will tell you plainly if that is what you actually need.
